KBL reveals new copper and gold discovery

Interviews

KBL Mining Limited (ASX:KBL) CEO Trangie Johnston discusses the highlights from the mineral explorer’s recent diamond drilling at Mineral Hill in central New South Wales.

Mr Johnson describes the results have come back from the first hole in the program as very encouraging and exciting. The latest intersection includes more than 16 metres of 3.8 per cent copper and 9 grams per tonne gold.

The results highlight the continuation of the current ore body that KBL is mining from underground. The interval is about 20 metres below the company’s lowest mining level and shows that the Parkes Hill ore body is open at depth.

Mr Johnson also described where the results are located in relation to KBL’s current activity, what they mean for the economics of moving to production, and the Company’s exploration focus for the next six months.
