Seven West Media Limited
(ASX:SWM) has successfully completed the retail component of its entitlement offer.
The media group received a solid participation with 71 per cent taking up their entitlements raising gross proceeds of about $127 million.
The media company announced a $440 million capital raising last month in order to reduce its debt.
In the first half of the 2012 financial year, Seven West generated a net profit of $163 million.
