CGA Mining Limited (ASX:CGX,TSX:CGA) says it has achieved a milestone at its Masbate Gold Project in the Philippines.
The gold miner says it has poured 500,000 ounces from the project on the back of record June quarterly and half year production and a 17 per cent increase in reserves announced in May.
CGA, also listed in Toronto, poured its first gold from the Masbate Gold Project in mid 2009.
Shares in CGA Mining closed 0.98 per cent higher on Friday before the announcement was made, finishing the week at $2.07.
In the first half of the 2012 financial year CGA reported a net loss of $8.87 million.
