About 130 construction workers at Lend Lease Group’s (ASX:LLC) building sites have begun a two-day strike over their enterprise agreements.

Workers from 22 projects walked off the job yesterday, over pay disputes and working conditions.

The Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union has announced a 48-hour strike.

The property developer is in discussions with the union to resolve the matter.

In the first half of its 2012 financial year Lend Lease Group generated a net profit of $219 million.
