Grange Resources appoints new CEO

Grange Resources Limited (ASX:GRR) has appointed Richard Mehan in a dual title of CEO and Managing Director.

Mr Mehan comes into the mining development company with over 30 years experience in the industry and from former CEO positions at Portman and Jupiter Mines Limited (ASX:JMS).

The appointment of Mr Mehan comes following the resignation of current chief, Russell Clark.

The new boss will step into his role on August 6, 2012.

In the 2012 financial year Grange Resources reported a net profit of $217 million.
