Capitol Health
(ASX:CAJ) is set to snap up 4 clinics in Melbourne from Uniradiology.
The company will pay $8.1 million upfront on a cash and debt free basis for the clinics.
The clinics offer radiology services and provide the opportunity to bolster revenues in smaller existing locations.
The company says the clinics are highly complementary to its existing network and extend its reach into Carlton.
