(ASX:ANG) is pleased to announce the permanent appointment of Sam Cruickshank as Chief Financial Officer.
The Board determined that an internal appointment was most appropriate to progress its financial strategy.
Sam is a qualified finance executive with over 10 years’ experience in senior finance roles, specialising in financial planning and analysis, strategy and financial reporting.
Sam has been with Austin for close to three years, as Group Financial Controller.
