A Lend Lease Group (ASX:LLC) consortium has been selected to build the $2 billion Sunshine Coast University Hospital in Queensland.
Lend Lease’s project management and construction business will perform the design and construction of the 738 bed tertiary level hospital.
Stage one is scheduled for completion in late 2016 with further stages being finished in mid 2018 and 2021.
In the first half of its 2012 financial year Lend Lease Group generated a net profit of $219 million.
