Challenger Diversified Property Group (ASX:CDI) has signed four new leasing agreements across Sydney and Melbourne.

The investment management firm has secured a deal with Village Roadshow’s Jam Factory for 6,700 square meters from October plus an additional 2,700 square meters from December.

The other leases taken were with industry superfund CareSuper and IFC Warehouse and Distribution.

In the first half of its 2012 financial year Challenger Diversified Property Group reported a net profit of $18.8 million.
