The a2 Milk company
(ASX:A2M) has expanded its leadership team, with the creation of Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Technical Officer positions.
Melanie Kansil has been appointed to the CCO role and will assume responsibility for emerging markets and the US.
a2 says she brings substantial experience to the role, having led strategy and investments at Nine Entertainment Company.
Phil Rybinski has been appointed as Chief Technical Officer reporting directly to the Managing Director and CEO.
He will have primary responsibility for the existing quality, regulatory affairs and product development teams across all products and markets.
The company says he brings over 30 years of experience to the business having worked with the likes of Dairy Farmers, Fonterra and Parmalat.

(ASX:A2M) closed 3.76 per cent higher at $10.48 yesterday.
