The directors of Energy World Corp
(ASX:EWC) are pleased to receive an a permit from the Department of Energy in the Philippines to construct, own and operate a liquefied natural import terminal and regassification facility.
The permit allows for an extended construction period of 24 months.
This will enable completion date for the first tank of the LNG hub to be aligned to the commercial operation date of the associated power plant and switchyard expansion.
Shares in Energy World Corp
(ASX:EWC) closed 3.57 per cent higher at 14 cents yesterday.
