Sims Metal Management
(ASX:SGM) has announced Robert Bass has retired as a Director of the Company effective immediately.
He joined the company on 10 September 2013.
He was Chairperson of the Risk, Audit & Compliance Committee, and was a member of the Nomination/Governance Committee and the Finance & Investment Committee.
Mr Bass was formerly a partner at Deloitte & Touche from 1982, and Vice Chairman at Deloitte LLP from 2006, until his retirement in June 2012.

(ASX:SGM) trading 0.6 per cent higher $10.10.
