Mark Zeptner, the Managing Director of Ramelius Resources
(ASX:RMS) has taken the position as non-executive director on the board of gold explorer Explaurum
(ASX:EXU).
The move comes after the current takeover offer by Ramelius Resources for all of the shares in Explaurum.
Explaurum announced on 18 December 2018 that a nominee of Ramelius would be invited to join the Explaurum Board following its recommendation to shareholders to accept the improved Ramelius offer.
Shares in Ramelius Resources
(ASX:RMS) trading 1.2 per cent higher at $0.42.
