Westpac
(ASX:WBC) has successfully issued about $1.42 billion worth of Westpac Capital Notes 6.
14.2 million Notes were issued at $100 each, raising about $1.42 billion.
All reinvestment applications were accepted in full.
The first distribution of $0.9895 per note is expected to be paid on 18 March 2019.
Shares in Westpac
(ASX:WBC) closed 1.4 per cent lower to $24.31 yesterday.
