Blue Sky Alternative Investments
(ASX:BLA) has announced the Hon Cheryl Edwardes AM, John McDonald and Robert Kaye SC will join its board as independent non-executive directors.
The appointments come on the back of Andrew Day's selection as Executive Chair last month.
The company has confirmed the retirement of directors, Phil Hennessy, Tim Wilson and Kim Morrison.
It has been a difficult year for Blue Sky after a short seller launched a campaign against the company in March.
BlueSky reported an $85.6 million loss for the 2018 financial year.

(ASX:BLA) are trading 1.51 per cent lower at $0.98.
