The joint company secretary of Ramelius Resources
(ASX:RMS) Dom Francese has resigned.
His resignation comes as the company closed their Adelaide office last week.
Dom was one of Ramelius’ first and longest serving employees, having commenced as the initial Company Secretary, and had also previously acted as Chief Financial Officer until November 2015.
Richard Jones who was appointed as Manager – Legal and Joint Company Secretary from 26 October 2018 assumes the role of Manager – Legal and Company Secretary.
