HT&E says ARN CEO Rob Atkinson to step down early 2019

HT&E (ASX:HT1) has announced changes to its leadership team, with ARN CEO Rob Atkinson to step down in early 2019.

Atkinson was appointed CEO of the radio broadcaster, which owns KISSFM and GoldFM in March last year.

His departure follows the sale of HT&E's Adshel to oOh Media for $570m earlier this year.

The radio leadership team will now report to Managing Director and CEO, Ciaran Davis.

The company says its focused on streamlining the organisational structure between the Corporate and ARN divisions with one managing Director/CEO across both companies.

Shares in HT&E (ASX:HT1) Shares are trading 1.99 per cent higher to $1.79.
