Dart delays international IPO

Company News

Dart Energy Limited (ASX:DTE) says it will defer the float of its international arm due to poor market conditions and a weakening in its share price.

The gas developer had previously announced it intended to list its international portfolio with a preference for the Singapore Stock Exchange.

Dart says the decline in its share price is not reflective of the true value of its assets and will focus on progressing its core projects to production and revenue.

The board of Dart will continue to review the situation as the value proposition and market conditions improve.

In the first-half of the 2012 financial year, Dart Energy booked a net loss of $20.8 million.
