Rex requests trading halt

Exploration company Rex Minerals Limited (ASX:RXM) requested a trading halt after the market closed yesterday, in relation to a proposed capital raising.

The trading halt will be effective until the start of trade 3 April.

Rex Minerals is an exploration and development company with copper-gold projects on the Yorke Peninsula in South Australia.

Rex reported a net profit of $15,907 for the half-year ended 31 December 2011.
