Pallet supplier Brambles Limited (ASX:BXB) is in advanced talks for the sale of its Recall information management business.
In a statement to the market today, Brambles extended the completion date for its divestment by a further four to eight weeks while due diligence is being completed.
Brambles reported a net profit of $235.8 million for the six months ending December 2011.
