Lend Lease Group (ASX:LLC) has secured a $187 million construction contract with the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS).
Construction work has commenced and is scheduled for completion at the end of next year.
Lend Lease chief says the UTS contract forms part of its strategy to target tertiary education growth markets.
Lend Lease Group reported a 3.8 per cent fall in its first half net profit, coming in at $219.4 million.
