Water solutions company, Fluence Corporation
(ASX:FLC) has been awarded a contract to deliver six MABR-based Aspinal packaged solutions in China in a new partnership with environmental firm Zhongzi Huaze.
The contract requires that Fluence deliver the units by December 2018 and has them commissioned and operating by January 2019.
The Temperatures in the Jilin Province, where the units will be installed can drop below minus 30 degrees, making waste water treatment difficult.
The MABR-based solution is designed to perform in extremely cold weather and if successful, the project may lead to further opportunities in other cold regions.
Shares in Fluence Corporation
(ASX:FLC) are trading flat at $0.39.
