James Hardie
(ASX:JHX) has today announced the appointment of Rada Rodriguez as an independent non-executive director effective from the 13th of November.
She has previously served as CEO of Schneider Electric, a global energy management and automation company.
The company says it's delighted that Rada has joined the board. With her strong understanding of the building and construction market across Europe and her experience of leading integrations she will be a valuable addition to the Board.
The news comes on the back of a strong half year result for the company with net sales (from ordinary activities) lifting 25 per cent to almost $1.3 billion when compared with the prior corresponding period,
