IMF Bentham successful $39m conditional placement of IMF Bentham bonds

IMF Bentham (ASX:IMF) has today announced the successful $39 million conditional placement of IMF Bentham bonds.

The conditional Bond placement is being conducted to fund potential redemptions associated with the restructure Proposal.

Funds will also be used to fund growth initiatives and and allow greater flexibility for IMF's balance sheet.

The placement was conducted at a fixed price of $101.13 per new bond.

IMF's Managing Director, Andrew Saker says the Conditional Bond Placement attracted strong interest from both existing and new investors.

Shares in IMF Bentham (ASX:IMF) are trading flat at $2.73.
