Genex Power Limited (ASX: GNX) has reported that the Company’s independent non-executive director, Mr Alan du Mée, has retired as a director effective today.
Chairman, Dr Ralph Craven said: “Alan has worked tirelessly for Genex over the past four and a half years through the Company’s formative stages, listing on the ASX and more than three years post-listing in providing invaluable insight, industry knowledge and sound financial oversight as a Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee."
The Board does not propose to appoint another director to replace Mr du Mée given the Board renewal process undertaken by the Company earlier in the year.
