New Zealand telecommunications company Spark (ASX:SPK) have released details of their AGM and addressed their move into Agile – a new software for staff to work together more effectively.

Initially controversial, Agile helped replace the traditional hierarchical structure with smaller, self-managing teams.

Within the next three years, they also want to grow market share of all data connections to maintain more than 42 per cent market share.

They are also encouraging the Government to make clear policy decisions on what spectrum will be available, and when, for 5G services in New Zealand.
