Funtastic Limited (ASX:FUN) has secured a three year licence from LEGO Group.
The deal is to manufacture and distribute certain LEGO products throughout Australia, New Zealand, USA, the UK and other parts of Europe and Asia.
The deal is payable over three years with a minimum acquisition price of $2.7 million.
Funtastic reported a net loss of $38.2 million in the 6 months to the end of January.
