(ASX:OML) is pleased to advise that Maria Polczynski has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary with effect from today.
Ms Polczynski joined oOh!media as General Counsel in May 2018, with over 30 years legal and leadership experience, including as the senior legal officer of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank and partner of law firm Henry Davis York (now part of Norton Rose Fulbright).
Melissa Jones remains as Joint Company Secretary.
