Zenitas Healthcare
(ASX:ZNT) has completed its acquisition of Transform Physiotherapy.
The company announced the $5.5 million dollar purchase last month which was funded by existing debt facilities.
Transform is a provider of mobile physiotherapy services in Victoria and Tasmania.
The physio achieved 2018 earnings of $1.1 million and revenues of $11 million.
Zenitas has also entered into a binding agreement to acquire Accommodation and Care Solutions for a purchase price of $60 million.
Shares in Zenitas
(ASX:ZNT) are trading flat at $1.41.
