Infratil opens its infrastructure bond offer

Infratil (ASX:IFT) has today opened its infrastructure bond offer.

The New Zealand-based company is offering up to $125 million worth of bonds across both General and Exchange offers.

The interest rate for the bonds is due December 15 2028 and will be fixed at 4.85 per cent p.a. for the first five years and reset in 2023 for a further five years.

The offer will close on the 26th of October 2018.

Just last week the infrastructure company upwardly revised its earnings guidance for the 2019 full year to a range of $540 to $580 million from a previous range of $500 to $540 million.

Shares in Infratil (ASX:IFT) closed 2.16 per cent higher at $3.31 on Friday.
