Human resources technology company, Xref
(ASX:XF1) has today announced the successful completion of an $8 million share placement.
The company has welcomed significant new institutional investors as shareholders.
Funds from the placement will support Xref's international expansion which includes an ongoing focus on strategic integrations and partnerships.
Earlier this month the company announced sales of $1.3 million for July and August, reaching new monthly records for the start of the 2019 financial year.
Shares in Xref
(ASX:XF1) are in a Trading halt and last traded at 62 cents.
