Slater and Gordon
(ASX:SGH) has announced Hayden Stephens has resigned as director following 25 years at the company.
Stephens has served as a lawyer, senior executive and CEO and Director during his time with the law firm.
The company has also announced additional appointments with General Counsel and Company Secretary Michael Neilson appointed Executive Director of Legal and Governance.
While Slater and Gordon's CEO John Somerville has been appointed Managing Director.
Shares in Slater and Gordon
(ASX:SGH) are trading 1.89 per cent higher to $2.70.
