Clough Limited
(ASX:CLO) has received a letter of intent for a joint venture worth $370 million.
The contract would go towards the design and construction of the Ichthys Product Loading Jetty near Darwin.
Under the agreement, the engineering and construction company would commence work early next year, with completion scheduled for 2014.
In the first half of the 2012 financial year, Clough reported a net profit of $12 million.
