Macquarie Atlas Roads Limited
(ASX:MQA) has booked a full year net loss of $289.5 million but flagged a return to dividends in 2013.
The toll road operator says its 2011 financial year result largely reflected its share of accounting losses from its portfolio investments.
On a like-for-like basis proportionate revenue was up 3 per cent and earnings grew 4 per cent.
Macquarie Atlas Roads will not pay a dividend for fiscal 2011 but says based on its current outlook it expects to start paying dividends next year.
