Roc Oil rebounds to FY11 profit

Roc Oil Company Limited (ASX:ROC) has rebounded to a full year profit, reporting a net income after tax of $US27.7 million. 

The company has attributed the result to cost control and ongoing strength in the price of oil.

In the 2011 calendar year Roc Oil’s sales rose 21 per cent to $US286 million.

Looking ahead, Roc Oil expects to produce between 6,000 to 7,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day.
