Monadelphous Group Limited
(ASX:MND) has boosted its first half net profit by 26 per cent to a record $57.5 million.
The engineering group also achieved record revenue in the last six months of 2011, rising 26 per cent to $879.5 million.
Monadelphous says its result was driven by strong sales growth from its maintenance and industrial services and infrastructure divisions and increasing customer demand in all of its key markets.
Looking ahead Monadelphous believes it is well positioned for future growth and expects strong revenue momentum to continue into the second half.
A fully-franked interim dividend of 50 cents per share has been declared.
