BHP Billiton Limited’s (ASX:BHP) (NYSE:BHP) (LON:BHP) management will be refreshed in the new year. Graham Kerr’s coming on board as group executive and chief financial officer, and Mike Henry’s to be the new group executive and chief marketing officer.

Henry will report directly to chief executive Marius Kloppers.

Kloppers says both men have made outstanding contributions to the company in a variety of roles.

Meanwhile engineering company Norfolk Group (ASX:NFK) has signed an $82 million contract with BHP for work on rail signalling systems in the Pilbara, in Western Australia.

BHP Billiton Limited (ASX:BHP) reported a profit of $22.3 billion in fiscal 2011.
