APN News and Media Limited (ASX:APN) has slammed media speculation it’s selling out of Outdoor, saying that instead, it’s involved in a process of best determining how the company might expand its Outdoor operations.
The idea of partnership opportunities has been floated, but the company says the process in incomplete and it hasn’t decided if it will proceed.
In September the diversified media house has reaffirmed earnings guidance for the second half of this calendar year, before interest and tax, at $118 million.
