Gold mining company, Regis Resources
(ASX:RRL) has announced changes to the board.
Long serving MD and Executive Chairman, Mark Clark will retire in November this year.
Meantime, mining executive, Jim Beyer has been appointed as CEO and MD from October.
James Mactier will become Non-Executive Chairman elect at the conclusion of the 2018 AGM.
The company says Mr Beyer was selected after an extensive recruitment process and has most recently served as CEO of Western Australian based iron ore producer Mt Gibson Iron.
