BHP Billiton
(ASX:BHP) has lost two of its company secretaries effective from today.
Kate Griffiths and Megan Pepper have resigned from their roles and left the company on the 12th September.
The resignations come after the company released their results last month.
CEO Andrew Mackenzie says they have made BHP a much simpler company.
They declared a record final dividend.
Shares in BHP Billiton
(ASX:BHP) closed 0.32 per cent lower to $31.10 yesterday.
