Ramsay Health Care's
(ASX:RHC) French subsidary Ramsay Générale de Santé has lodged the offer for 100 per cent of shares in Swedish Healthcare group Capio AB.
They are offering $7.30 cash offer.
The original offer was first mooted on 13 July 2018.
Large French private clinic group Vivalto Sante have put in a rival offer for just Capio's French hospitals business, but Ramsay say this is a better offer.
Shares in Ramsay Health Care's
(ASX:RHC) is 0.58 per cent lower to $54.58.
