ASX Limited
(ASX:ASX) has announced Elmer Funke Kupper will be its next chief executive, replacing Robert Elstone in October.
Mr Funke Kupper is the former chief executive of Tabcorp Holdings Limited
(ASX:TAH).
He will be entitled to a salary of $1.75 million, subject to annual review and a short term incentive of up to $1.5 million a year.
ASX reported a net profit of $352 million for the year to June 30.
