Transfield Services Limited (ASX:TSE) says it has scored $US183 million worth of new work on roads in the US and Canada.
The company has secured a 12-year $US165 million asset management contract with Ontario Ministry of Transportation to start mid 2012.
A seven-year $US18.45 million contract with the Florida Department of Transportation has been secured for the asset maintenance of roads.
In the first half of its 2011 financial year, Transfield Services recorded a net profit of $14 million.
