Bega Cheese
(ASX:BGA) will be moving forward with the purchase of Saputo Dairy Australia’s Koroit diary processing facility after the ACCC has approved the purchase.
The Koroit dairy processing facility is in Western Victoria.
Bega Cheese now plan to work with Saputo to achieve a swift completion on the sale.
