Pinnacle Investment Management Group
(ASX:PNI) has completed its acquisition of 35 per cent equity interest in Metrics Credit.
The announcement was first made on the 24th July this year.
Metrics Credit Holdings owns 100 per cent of Metrics Credit Partners.
Pinnacle completed its institutional placement to raise $60 million through the issue of around 10.9 million new shares in July.

(ASX:PNI) are up 0.49 per cent to $6.14.
