BWP Trust
(ASX:BWP) has announced net profit for the six months to June 2018 declined from $150 million to $80 million.
The Real Estate Investment Trust Company’s revenue for the six months was $76.5 million compared with $76.7 million in the prior corresponding period.
Gains in the fair value of investment properties for the full year ended June 2018 fell 37 per cent to $70 million.
The company declared a final distribution of 9.03 cents to be paid on the 24th of August.
