BlueScope Steel Ltd (ASX:BSL) has announced senior management changes, and, plans to merge three existing business units into a single Australia and New Zealand business.
CEO Noel Cornish will step down from the company’s steel manufacturing businesses and join the board of the North Star BlueScope Steel joint venture.
The current president of BlueScope North America, Mark Vassella, has been appointed as the CEO of BlueScope Australia and New Zealand.
