AuStar Gold
(ASX:AUL) has announced that visible gold has been observed at its Rose of Denmark gold mine.
The company says recent drilling has identified significant gold-bearing mineralised zones where mining operations have commenced to extract material for processing and gold dore production.
The goldminer says the next stage of the project is to commence trial mining to assess gold grades likely to be achieved for longer term mine planning purposes.
To hear more about Austar striking gold, look out for our interview with CEO Tom de Vries, which will be up on the FNN website in the next few days.
