Dairy company A2 Milk
(ASX:A2M) has extended its long term infant supply agreement with Synlait.
The supply agreement for a2 Platinum infant formula and other infant products has been extended for two years, providing a minimum term of five years to 2023.
The deal also provides for an increase in the volume of infant formula products which Synlait has exclusive rights for.
Changes to the contract are conditional on approval from the New Zealand Stock Exchange.
