Argosy Minerals sees first batch of lithium carbonate

Argosy Minerals (ASX:AGY) is pleased to announce that the first batch of lithium carbonate (“LCE”) has been produced from the pilot plant.

This is a significant milestone for the Rincon Lithium Project, located in Salta Province in Argentina.

A sample of the first one kilogram production batch was tested in the Company’s lab and determined to be a good quality ‘industrial grade’ LCE.

Following on from the milestone announced today, the Company will continue works to realise the principal Stage 1 milestone – that’s a scalable, cost effective chemical process solution to produce consistent battery grade LCE product for all development stages.

Shares in Argosy Minerals (ASX: AGY) 26.67 per cent lower at 22 cents
